Dana Schneir Berritto Memorial Scholarship Application

Qualifications: Scholarship will be given to a Locust Valley female student with outstanding academic and athletic performance and leadership abilities. Student must plan to attend a four year college.

Fred Smith Scholarship Application

Qualifications: Earned a letter in Varsity Football and one other Varsity sport in their senior year.

Nickie Demos Scholarship Application
Application deadline: April 30, 2024
Qualifications: Female student must be in good academic standing, received 4 varsity letters in girls’ sports and has participated in at least 2 different varsity sports as a senior. This individual must understand the value of teamwork and being a positive role model for her fellow teammates.

Wrestling Scholarship Sponsored by Matt Sanzone and Doug Axman

Qualifications: The applicant must meet the following requirements:
Be a senior at LVHS
Lettered in Wrestling and at least one other Varsity sport their senior year
A positive citizen who possesses the intangible qualities that all successful teams need and coaches highly value
Student must be in good academic standing

Ramell Phillips Scholarship Application
Application deadline: April 30, 2024
Qualifications: The applicant must meet the following requirements:
Be a graduating senior at LVHS
Lettered in two Varsity sports
Achieve at least a 3.0 GPA
A positive school citizen who possesses the intangible qualities that Ramell demonstrated; a great work ethic and mindset inside and out of school, on the field or court.

Frankie Smith Memorial Scholarship
Application deadline: April 30, 2024
Qualifications: The applicant must meet the following requirements:
Be a graduating senior at LVHS
Lettered in two Varsity sports
This individual understands the value of teamwork and being a positive role model for fellow teammates.
He or she is well liked by their peers, is highly motivated and always strives to do their best on and of the field or court.
Must be in good academic standing

Qualifications: The applicant must meet the following requirements:
Be a senior at LVHS
Have applied and received acceptance to a 2 or 4 year college
Participated in varsity baseball or softball at Locust Valley High School for at least 2 seasons

Class of '88 Todd Rowley Memorial Scholarship

Qualifications: The applicant must meet the following requirements:
Must be a senior in good academic standing
Must be a member of the Trach or Cross Country team
Must have applied and have been accepted to a 2 or 4-year college or vocational school

John F. Wallace Memorial Scholarship
Application deadline: April 15, 2024, submit to jfwscholarship@gmail.com
Qualifications: The applicant must meet the following requirements:
Be a senior at LVHS
Demonstrated academic achievement (minimum GPA of 95% - weighted)
Demonstrated athletic achievement (in at least 2 varsity sports as a Senior)
Participation in extra curricular activities and examples of leadership
Accepted and intend to attend a 4 year college or university
Must be in good academic standing / expect to graduate
This scholarship is not need-based and may be awarded to anyone who applies, based on the discretion of the scholarship committee (Wallace Family). No late or incomplete applications will be considered. The award check will be issued to recipients upon validation of graduation.

Billy Daniello "Forever a Falcon" Scholarship

Qualifications: The applicant must meet the following requirements:
Be a senior at LVHS
Be a two-sport varsity athlete
Student must be in good academic standing
Future plans to attend a trade school, 2 or 4 year college, or enter the military
A person who can demonstrate love for our school, our community and our country
The Billy Daniello "Forever a Falcon" Scholarship will be given to one female and one male graduating senior from Locust Valley High School.
